5 things you can do to stay healthy at a computer
1. Stretch. After 20-30 minutes of sitting walk around your house and do some
things like walking your dog, drinking water, or any task that requires movement of one's muscles.
2. Brightness Bites!. Make sure your computers brightness is at a low setting. After staring at a screen for so long your eyes might get damaged, so keep your brightness at around 10-20%.
3.Posture is cool I guess.. Make sure your back is straight at all times, if you feel some discomfort or aching in your back then that means it's time to move around. Also keep your legs firmly planted on the ground.

4.Screen Height. The height of your screen is essential. Make sure you are not looking down at your monitor, it will damage your spine and neck.
5. Eat Healthy. Eating healthy wil compensate for your lack of movement. The food doesnt always have to be healthy, just make sure you actually eat and not just stay on your computer forever.
6. standing while using a computer? (Optional). Scientist have found that standing while using a computer is in fact better than sitting down. So go out there and buy a standup-desk.
